ADVOCATE NATALIA MALEC

Advocate Natalia Malec completed MA studies with honours at the Faculty of Law, defending her Master’s thesis under the title: “The legal validity of the final judgments in the civil procedure” under the direction of the late Professor Andrzej Oklejak and of the late Doctor Ryszard Więckowski.

After completed legal studies, she finished the bar application process in The District Bar Council in Cracow, passing the bar examination.
She’s begun to acquire her professional experience already during the studies, being a member of the Scientific Circle and of the University Legal Clinic, providing legal aid for the benefit of needy persons from Cracow and the local areas.
She completed as well an internship in Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Barcelona.

Besides the legal education, she is graduated with Spanish Baccalaureate and she has obtained her qualification in Advertisement and Interior Design.

During the studies and the bar application process she worked and practiced at several law firms specializing in civil law, familiar law, criminal law, as well as commercial and trade law, and especially providing permanent professional attendance of the business Clients.
With personal involvement, she provides the comprehensive legal service to the business Clients protecting their interests and she engages in any legal aid to the individual Clients, protecting their rights.

In her range of interest are in particular cases and problems related to the widely understood civil law, commercial, trade and company law, transport law and patent law, as well as familiar law.
The most pleasure gives her the view of the Client delight.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.

ADVOCATE DAWID BIELECKI

Advocate Dawid Bielecki on 27 of June 2013 completed MA studies at the Faculty of Law, defending his Master’s thesis under the title: “The legal validity of the final judgments in the civil procedure” evaluating very positively under the direction of the honorable Professor Barbara de Ankerburg – Wagner.

After completed legal studies, he finished the bar application process in The District Bar Council in Cracow, passing positively the bar examination in 2017. Advocate Dawid Bielecki began to acquire his professional experience already during the studies, being a member of the Scientific Circle and of the University Legal Clinic, where the part of his duties was providing the free legal aid for the benefit of needy persons, as well as the organization of conferences and coordination of various projects. During the studies and the bar application process he worked and practiced at several law firms specializing in civil law, administrative law, labour law and commercial law. He completed as well an internship in the District Court and in the District Prosecutor’s Office in Zakopane.

In his range of interest are in particular cases and problems related to the civil law, as in particular the widely understood property law and law of succession. The gained experience and personal involvement, as well as the cooperation with several advocates specializing in certain law sectors let him to assure his Clients the comprehensive and reliable legal service.
